Bar doesn’t appear on Mobile

Hi!!

Some days ago I also posted here since I had an issue regarding the bar showing at its full lenght on mobile device, fortunately, you helped me to solve it.

Now, I come back since the cookie bar has dissapeared from the mobile version. I already ereased the caché to see if it was that but it still doesnt show. Any ideas of what is happening?
