Banner Ad Plugin – Not on Refresh

    Any suggestions for a banner ad plugin that rotates the ads continually – not on page refresh? Additional needs for this plugin include…

    • Upload banner images through control panel
    • Add/edit URLs associated with each ad through control panel
    • Ads show in random order
    • Add/edit/delete ads

    Any help is appreciated as all I can find are dozens of plugins that rotate on page refresh!
