Can you please try this:
– Create a full backup of the site
– Then go to the “Plugins” tab and deactivate all the plugins that you are using
– Now see if you can still reproduce the issue or if has been solved
– If it’s not happening anymore, can you please re-enable each of the plugins, one by one, and each time you do that, please try to see if the issue is still happening
This might happen due to a caching plugin or maybe some redirect rules set in a specific plugin like “Redirection” or “Yoast” redirects.
If the issue is still happening, please also go to Appearance > Themes and switch to a default WordPress theme like Twentyseventeen and see if the issue is still happening.
