Bad page loading animations

So when I access my site, the posts will all line up in a row, to move to the left, and then finally spread out into the tiles. The whole process takes several seconds

This isn’t a great way to load the page, and I was wondering if there was a fix this so the tiles appear at the same time or are more spread out.
