I tried to use the plugin again, and now it shows me this message:

Apologies for the delay.
Please can you download a fresh copy of the plugins.zip file and re-upload to your destination site. Do you still get the same message? If so, Please can you try to proceed and let us know if you are getting problems after the restoration.

Bryle. I noticed that in my drive I have 2 backups from the same day yesterday, one weighs 58 and the other 78 MB. With the 58 I do not get any message when loading it, but after uploading it my website remains the same. And when I uploaded the 78 MB one, I got the same message from yesterday.
Which one should I use, and why doesn’t the plugin accept either one?

Apologies for the late reply.
Please can you download all your backup files to your desktop and attempt to open the files? Are you able to extract them all just fine?
Am I correct, that after the restore you are not seeing the changes?
