• Hi,

    I’d like to echo some of the mentioned problems. The process stops at approximately 70%. However, I have the impression the zipfile is complete.

    This is an extract of the log:

    In case it helps:

    the problem does not occur on a small website (less than 128 MB).
    On the server, the files with the extension zip.xxxxxx remain visible. They are all 128 MB. I guess these are intermediate files.

    Can you try to exclude some folder and test if it cames for a specific?

    Good morning Daniel,

    By excluding the folder “wp-content/uploads/delightful-downloads” the problem disappears. This folder contains pdf-files mainly (221 MB) and is the biggest folder of my website.

    If have had some person bevor that has problems to backup PDF Files. But BackWPup macke no difernce in backup this file type than other. In moment i don’t know wher it cames from and you schuld backup that folder manualy.
