Backup never runs

The backup has never worked on my site support.cfsystemsonline.com. I set up a schedule and it never runs. I hit the backup on the manual backup however it says “waiting for the backup to start.” and it never starts. I hit stop and it says stopping and never stops. Until I shut down.
