No. Contact your hosts and ask for a database backup asap.
physrevenue@yahoo.com is a former web design client of mine who has not paid for her custom WordPress website or the web hosting, so her website has been suspended due to non-payment. A few days ago, she illegally downloaded this wp theme backup as this is a Premium WordPress theme that I paid for and I hold all the copyrights for this theme and the custom design work I provided for this theme. She cannot legally use these files she downloaded as she has NO copyrights to these files. She does not own the web hosting where these files once resided as she never paid one cent for this cost. All the WordPress files have been removed and when she ever pays her bill, she can have these files sent to her on a CD. She is trying to “steal” my web design work. So there is nothing on this web hosting account left to backup and retrieve. If she uses this WP theme on new hosting, she could be sued for copyright violation, as well as any other designer who puts these web files online.
