    This is a follow up to a previous post. My backup kept failing and support asked me to change the “Number of rows to backup at once” to 1000. I have made the change and tried to perform a new backup. It got to about 45% and then failed. Below is the log file content:

    During a backup, I would also occasionally get this error message;

    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Dear @bamstaff ,

    Thanks for giving us more info on the case.

    The following table seems to be quite large: wp_fhtl_wfBlocks

    Could you make the Number of Rows to Backup at once 100 this time and let us know about the result?

    I’m getting the same result. In the middle I get this error:

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

    Dear @bamstaff ,

    Could you make the Request Frequency (from the plugin settings) 10 seconds and complete multiple backups?
    Once done, please, also send the backup logs of those backups to us via wetransfer.com so we can check and compare them.
    Please send the logs via wetransfer.com using the link retrieving option.

    Dear @bamstaff ,

    We are wondering whether you did as recommended in our previous message and what result you had.
