Backup failed

    I have 4 websites all installed on it Updraft ,

    2 websites I can take a full backup no issue.

    but another 2 websites keep giving me failed to take backup, so I try to remove ( plugins backup ) and do all the rest backup it succeed , so what will be the problem with the plugins why I m not able to make a full backup.

    note: all 4 websites have same plugins

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi,

    2284.584 (5) [Warning] Your website is visited infrequently and UpdraftPlus is not getting the resources it hoped for; please read this page: https://updraftplus.com/faqs/why-am-i-getting-warnings-about-my-site-not-having-enough-visitors/

    This warning message causes UpdraftPlus not able to create or complete backups. UpdraftPlus is only able to run when WordPress is loaded into memory, i.e. when the site is accessed. As such, UpdraftPlus is not able to resume the backups in good time.

    but I was able to make a full backup without Plugins but when Plugins is available it is going failure , if what you are saying is right , why I can make another full backup but without plugins folder.

    Hi,

    Are you able to take full backup (database, themes, uploads and others) without the plugins? If yes, can you run a test backup and send us the log please?

    Hi,

    Thank you! I have checked the previous log and it appears that at the time the backup was running the plugins folder has been updated. Please can you try to run a new backup again and this time include the plugins folder? Could you also reduce the backup archive split size? To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 100Mb save your settings and run a new process.

    Hi Bryle,

    I tried everything even with the new updates but still the website not getting backed up with the Plugins folder without the plugins everything work perfectly but when I check the plugins to be backup not working
