If you are using cPanel, there should be a “backup” icon under the “files” category. You should be able to navigate in here and then either review their automated backups, or click the “generate or download a full account backup” button.
Please be clear that you have to backup BOTH:
A) your database
B) your files. This especially means your media files (uploads etc), customised themes and customised plugins, it may also include your core WordPress files, standard themes and plugins, but these are easy to replace, include them if it is more convenient.
Your cPanel will help these with both of these, remember that backups need to be in safe places, on your computer, on your hosting, AND somewhere else as well.
