backing up sites

    what’s the best plugin to backup all content of my site? is it enough to backup mySQL database? I want to backup all files, pages, posts, pictures etc

    pages, posts, comments, etc. are stored in the database
    regularly saving the database and the /wp-content folder will back up your entire site
