Do you receive a similar error message to this?:
The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
This error tells, that a curl connection couldn’t happen due to a server limitation. You should contact your server host and ask them to help you with this. It is possible, that they are using firewall or some other ModSecurity configuration, which didn’t allow the connection to happen and that should be turned off.

Yes, I did receive the errors like this, but only when I active the smart slider 3 plugin.

Probably you are reaching a server limitation, because of the amount of codes your website uses with our plugin. Your server host should be able to help with this.
