this is so weird.. i was speaking to host gator and the guy that works there could see it..
i even tired on fire fox.. cleared cached.. deactivated all plugins..
im wondering it is an issue with the new version wordpress

I highly recommend NOT installing an older version of WordPress. Especially considering 4.1 is set to drop early this coming week. But here is where you can download older versions.
This is a (link no longer available) of what I see, I left open dev tools so you can see that there are two body tags and neither has a class. I am at a loss here, has the theme author(s) replied back to you yet?
That’s so weird because I also don’t see two body tags. Almost makes me wonder if there are two sites somehow.
But I totally agree with Craig that running an old version of WP isn’t a good idea – there are known security issues in old versions.
Even if you have to manually change your background image via CSS like I posted previously every time you want to replace it (I honestly can’t say what this would look like for those who CAN currently see the image though) – It is better than running an outdated WordPress version.
