Was your site originally developed by an outside source other than yourself? Your current background image is located on the server and not within wordpress. You would need to swap the images within this directory on your server /wp-content/themes/Florance/images/body.png

Yes. Log into your hostgator account. You should see a button called “File Manager.” Click that and you will now see your website files. These files are very important to your site, so if you plan to proceed PLEASE USE CAUTION!
With that in mind, you should see a list of domains on your left. Select the domain you wish to view. On the right side you will see files and folders. Click public_html > wp-content > themes > Florance > images > body.png. The “body.png” is the ACTUAL image that is being displayed as your background.
(Before swapping, download the image first as a backup in case you decide your new image doesn’t look good)
When i say swap, i mean name your new image the same name as body.png and overwrite it by uploading to this folder.
After looking at your site some more, your going to need someone with coding experience to help you with this. Every wordpress site is different and has different capabilites. That background image was design specificly for this template. If you replace that image you will also have to replace the image that is the background to your content area. Your working with 2 images.

This appears to be the same theme as the one used for http://www.ranajoey.com
yes it is… i am able to change background on ranajoey with that theme but not ranaunity.com with the same theme

yes i have and still nothing
Is there an error message or does it time out?
it doest allow me to do anything.. i click on select image and nothing pops up.. it doesnt allow me to select any images
