Hi, do you have a cache plugin installed? If you do can you clear or delete the cache. Also make sure you delete the browser cache as well. Do you have more than one contact form created? If you do have more than one form, are you editing the settings in the correct form?

Hi,
We dont have any cache plugin and we have only one form. We have tried to empty cache which didn’t help and we have tested page in Chrome, IE, FireFox and all show same grey color instead of the light-yellow.
I suspect we have a clash of css somewhere but we can’t figure out where.
Any idea how to move forward?

I think I found a bug in your plugin, I have set the background-color in field settings and its working for most all field types except for checkbox-multi. For checkbox its working and for select-multi its also working. So check if you can find why the css settings under field setting details don’t work for checkbox-multi.
I have seen other tickets here which was a couple years old with same issue but no respons from your side so I assume its an old bug or perhaps its not possible to set css for this type of multi boxes.
