When I use the customizer on the layout, the background color doesn’t work, nor does the hand coded footer. Both show up fine in the Preview mode, but when I look at it on my phone, not so much.
I’m using the free version.

Similar to your other question, please make sure you are viewing a ‘fresh’ version of the site by clearing any caches on the site (from a cache plugin/system) and clear the cache on your mobile browser.
