In your screen capture, you can see how the content is slightly to the right, cutting-off some letters on the left.
Do you mean the open panel (black background, white strips with post titles?) on the left is cutting off the text (the content of “Extra Article Headline with Some Text”) on the right?
That’s actually not an error; the panel is designed to float over content, and then on click, pan to that content. The panel can then be toggled open or close. I may put a trigger on it so that when a post is clicked, the panel disappears?
Does that make sense?

From a human factors point-of-view, the content should not be overlapped or obscured. I understand you as a developer but you’re making each content display an exercise in positioning for your user. Still like your idea, just can’t agree with you about leaving the display as-is because it also looks clumsy—it gives the impression of a coding error.
Well, if you insist. I added an option to push the content over with the navigation in this last update. Marking as resolved.
