Awesome support HELP!

    I am trying to get the tickets that are currently open in my site and display them on a webpage in a table on the main page of my site.

    dose anyone know of the function I could use to do this in awesome support and how about I can go to display the data in a table.

    I saw a function wpas_get_user_tickets(); but I cant get it to work… please help and maybe include examples if you can.
