Hi! I’m using Avada theme and polylang plugin for a long time. After one of the last updates of polylang my portfolio stoped working.

If I deactive the polylang plugin my portfolio items can be opened.

The URL of the portfolio-items without polylang looks like: http://xxx/?avada_portfolio=ordinationsablauf

When I activate the polylang pluging, the URL looks like: http://xxx/portfolio_items/ordinationsablauf

and a 404 file not found error is shown.

    Settings:
    Permalinks: simple

I hope I can get some help here
    THanks
    Evelyn

  • Has anyone figured this out? I have exactly the same issue. Polylang completely breaks the portfolio element in Avada, both for portfolios I had already created before installation, and also for new ones created after. If I deactivate Polylang, the portfolio element works normally.

Exactly the same pb for me.. Porfolio items with Avada (7.1) cause 404 issues when Polylang (2.8.3) is activated.. Any news?

Hitting the same too. Not sure if it’s on Avada or Polylang side, but the issue is there and it’s super annoying
