Automatically # appends to permalinks while redirection

hi all
i have a site here

http://www.finemarketing.co.uk/md/

Now when i click any other link the # tags is being appended on to the link
Eg: http://www.finemarketing.co.uk/md/#/?page_id=6

so i want to remove that appending of #
can anyone help me here.

the link works if u remove the # tag

eg:http://www.finemarketing.co.uk/md/?page_id=6
