Automatic Upgrade Error

    I’m trying to upgrade to v 2.7.1 and am getting this error:

    Downloading update from http://wordpress.org/wordpress-2.7.1.zip

    Unpacking the core update

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class pclzip in /home/suburose/public_html/blog/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 171

    It also comes up when trying to install plugins directly from WP. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
