I am managing a high school baseball page and we are using SportsPress to create games. In SportsPress games are considered “scheduled” posts and not published until the day of the game when then they become “published”.

What I would like to do is to create an email template that will automatically populate the games scheduled for the upcoming week and send to fans and family in a single email.

Is MailPoet capable of performing this action? I’m comfortable with editing code if needed.

    Thank you in advance,
    Ryan

No, `unfortunately this is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box. Automatic Post Notification will only send published post as explained here:

    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/238-faq-post-notifications

However, it might be possible with some custom code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io.

You’re also welcome to add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com

Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin 🙂

    Cheers!
