Auto Scroll not working

Have you turned on the Auto start, or enabled the auto play at the Slider settings -> Autoplay? http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/60-autoplay

(The autoplay controls won’t appear unless the autoplay is enabled, so I think the main issue will be that the autoplay is not enabled.)

If it is enabled, but something is still not good, you could try to look for JavaScript errors: http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/318-chrome maybe that is the reason it is not working.
