    The autoenrollment for my course is not fully working. Im using Woo Commerce product linked with my course in Tutor LMS. People who buy the course – sometimes they get assigned to the course (the studen account is created automatically) sometimes they don’t which means they can’t access the course.

    The WooCommerce order is always autocompleted. I contacted WordPress support and they said everything is linked and set up correctly yet the issue keeps happening. Not for all orders but for some.

    Can you please help me fix this issue ASAP?

    Thank you for reaching out. Could you please confirm whether you are using any currency converter plugin or variable pricing options on your site? Please note that multi-currency or variable product setups are not supported with Tutor LMS course enrollment, and they can cause inconsistent auto-enrollment behavior.

    thank you! Yes I’m using currency converter and I have a product with 3 variables. So what you are saying is that I simply can’t keep my product with 3 variable if I want to avoid the issue unless I switch to Tutor LMS pro…?

    Thank you for getting back. Unfortunately, support for multi-currency or variable products is not available with Tutor LMS at this time.

    Same problem here, so Tutor LMS does not support CURCY – Multi Currency for WooCommerce ?
