    75 definitely won’t fit on one page….

No. You would have to do it manually. It’ll only take a couple of minutes. But, as dawg pointed out, all the fields would not fit into the table.

You could choose a few important fields and use the “view” link to show the whole entry.

Or use some css magic to scroll horizontally.

fried_eggz thanks for a great plugin.
I am not sure of function of “view” link. I have a form with 17 items that I want to display on the front end. But the columns’ text are superimposing on each other and so it becomes unreadable. So what I get from your statement is that I can select lets say 5 items to show normally but when the “view” link is clicked “All” of the columns will display. How will they be displayed? I click on the “view” link on the page but nothing seems to happen.

    Thanks!

You have to make sure that you select the page where from is embedded. You do this in sticky list settings for that form. See the FAQ and Screenshots of this plugin.

I have done that and the “View” link is on the page but when I click it nothing happens.

Here is the link to the page http://forms.acda-mn.org/rs-results/

But where is the form? You need to select the page where the FORM is located. I repeat, THE FORM

OK I see what you mean now. Thanks!
I added the form to the page and now the “view” results are there. Now I have to figure out the multi-page form solution.
