Hi,

In your description it says “You can also enable the option in the plugin settings to auto-delete comments from SPAM folder.”

I guess that option is “”Automatically delete spam comments YES/NO” – Delete spam comments older than 15 days”.

If so, is there a way that it will delete it permanent right away instead of waiting 15 days? All these spams that end up in the spam folder is getting heavy on the server and we got a temporary suspension from our web hotel.

I have now enabled SpamFireWall to see if that may reduce the amount of spam we receive. If not, I need to start to use Google Captcha too. And I’m trying to keep down the amount of plugins we use.

Hello.

You can filter all your existing comments by clicking the button “Check for spam” in the “Comments” section (see the screenshot 1): http://i.imgur.com/dbUtFIE.png

Then delete them all using a bulk action (see the screenshot 2): http://i.imgur.com/lJ2vu8c.png

As for the instant deletion option, we do not have it yet. I ask our programmers about it.

There is a solution.

Go to your CleanTalk Control Panel: [ http://cleantalk.org/my/ ].
Click the string “Setting” under your website name: http://i.imgur.com/VGkUh8x.png
Turn OFF the option “Move spam comments to SPAM folder”: http://i.imgur.com/JPZHhto.png

Now all spam comments won’t be stored in your WP admin page.
