When users view your calendar, they will see the time in the administrator’s timezone. There have been some requests to be able to show in the visitors timezone, though. You can upvote the idea here:

But, how many votes are needed?
When we look at adding new features, there are several factors at play. It basically comes down to a cost vs. benefits analysis. We look at factors like demand (number of votes), development time to implement, impact on existing functionality, etc.
There really is no set number, but the higher the vote count, the more likely it is to get noticed.
