Authors Frontend Login and Redirection

Hi,

I’m looking for a widget that will enable my authors to login in the sidebar area then redirect to the page where they can view their posts stats without giving them access to anything at all in the backend.

Have looked high and low and can’t find anything. Does anyone know of such a plugin?
