Authenticated user sees double posts

    I’ve just upgraded to WP 2.5.1, and I’m seeing a very annoying double-post on the main page of my site, but only when I’m logged in – browsing as an anonymous user shows no double-posts. The doubling also exists in the admin interface. Doubling is only on posts made with 2.5.1, previous posts do not double up.

    I’ve checked index.php for the theme I use (Parishudda modified), and I don’t see anything obvious. I’ve also switched back to the WP default theme, and the problem persists.

    How can I track this down to fix it?

    Found it. Too much accumulated cruft in my WP installation – something hadn’t been overwritten (or was a duped copy in another file), so posts with more than 1 postmeta entry were showing up as many times as there were postmeta records for that post.
