Attachment button not showing

    I have a form that requires users to upload images but the attachment field doesn’t appear.

    Things I’ve done to troubleshoot the issue:

    – Updated WordPress installation and plugin
    – Deactivated all other plugins
    – Reverted to default theme
    – Verified no CSS was hiding the field.

    Please advice

    Attachments are only supported when the Send Email function is set to
    WordPress. You can find this setting on the contact form settings
    page.

    You need to change the Send Email function setting from PHP to
    Wordpress on the form edit settings Advanced Tab – Advanced Email
    Settings
