@danryinc – Are you using the ATP (green button) to insert your Galleries? If so, are you saying you are not seeing the preview image in the editor, or not seeing the gallery after publishing the post?

So I here are the steps:
– In a post I hit the green button and Next Gen opens
– I select NextGEN Basic Thumbnails
– What would you like to display? – I select the gallery I’m targeting
– I click save and nothing happens. The NG screen does not close and resolve into the post. It’s like the save button doesn’t function at all.
@danryinc – The only thing I can think of at the moment is that the button sometimes seems “sticky” … like you have to hold it for a second or two (obviously that is still a problem but I have seen it in rare occasions … it’s just very hard to actually define what is going on).
Give that a try, click and hold the button for a bit longer than a normal “click” (and immediate release) … if that doesn’t help please submit a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a look under the page and hopefully help you sort out this issue.

I tried to hold it down a couple of times for a minute and nothing happened. I’ll submit a ticket now. Any work arounds you can suggest in the interim?
@danryinc – Aside from using shortcode structures (which would work fine for simple complete gallery insertions) nothing comes to mind without seeing more of the site.
