Area code appearance

    Area code on my phone field appears with two lines, which messes up the display of the field. Please help me fix this problem.

    Thanks for posting about this glitch!

    Please edit the theme of your form and add the following code to the end of it:

    .mini_label {
    font-size: 9px;
}

    Make sure to clear the cache of your web browser before checking the changes.
