Archiving RSS Feeds

I’m very new to WP and find it amazing. I have created a web site: http://www.cancerinformationcenter.co (com was not available). I have many RSS feeds from different organizations that discuss a multitude of cancer issues. I would like to be able every month to archive them so that the list under RSS feeds is as long. Is there a way to do this in my side bar and as the archive is made to delete the feed from the feed page. I am not a coder.
