Archive by Category/Month

    Is there a way in 1.3 alpha to create a link that takes you to a list of the archives by category or by month? For example, I don’t want to list all the month archives on the page, I the user to click a link that would be the equivilent of /archives/month/ and display the list there.
    ideas?
