Applet not displaying

I’m trying to add an applet on http://danhatcher.com/options/ but it’s not viewing.

i have uploaded the Ticker.jar as referenced in the code http://danhatcher.com/options/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/Ticker.jar.

Is there additional coding that i need to add so the applet will display?
