Api Access error

Hi,

That error is generated by Amazon, so there is something not right with the keys.

Try using the Amazon Advertising Scratchpad: http://associates-amazon.s3.amazonaws.com/scratchpad/index.html

See if you get the same error.

If you turn the Debug setting and provide a link to page on your site that has an [amazon ...] shortcode in it and I could have a look and see if I can see any problems.

Can you confirm the error message is it:

The AWS Access Key Id you provided does not exist in our records.

OR

The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your AWS Secret Access Key and signing method. Consult the service documentation for details.

OR

Your AccessKey ID is not registered for Product Advertising API. Please use the AccessKey ID obtained after registering at https://affiliate-program.amazon.in/gp/flex/advertising/api/sign-in.html
