I checked the code again and use your provided tracking number and its working perfectly.
Its give me below response:

I checked in page as well as in widget with a new installation of WordPress and plugin in it.
Please uninstall all your plugin and check again with only my plugin.

I upgraded in the panel and added the widget to the my account page – but it still only returns a 0

you can see the widget on the left.
I cannot uninstall or turn off the other plugins as it is a live system using wpecommerce. I am happy to try to help in other ways if needed to help test and debug. 🙂

I got the problem. Actually you havn’t fill the FUU setting form.

Hmm I did fill it out but we don’t user fedex or ups only usps 🙂 I will double check it but am pretty sure I did fill it out. Maybe a nice feature would a check box of which to include and not? 🙂 Killer plugin though really….

I just removed all entries of fedex,usps and ups and then enter usps details and then try with your tracking number.
ITS WORKING PERFECT.
May be you are facing such problem due to some other plugin confliction.
Please de-activate all plugins and use my plugin then check it.

hardestysa1 is the user name for stamps.com – Unfortunately i cannot turn off any plugins because the site is a live site that does ALOT of business. 🙂

I’m having issues with this plugin. I can’t get it to work properly for my client. I keep getting “Authentication Failed0” message. They have provided a FedEx account number and meter number, but do not have a key. They also provided a UPS account number and it’s not working. Can you provide detailed instructions on what info is needed to get this thing to work? What if someone only has one account for a vendor, will it still work? There should be better instructions. Any help would be appreciated!

Short Code: tracknumber_human trackno=\”YOUR TRAK NUMBER\”] – this will give you result in text format same as widget result.
