    Hi there,

I got another problem with the anonymous submission form. To test the submission form, I log out of wordpress and start the submission. I fill out the dialogs. Then I send it. When I filled out everything the right way, its fine and the submission is through, but when I forgot something and I have to edit the submission, after sending the dialog “You don’t have permission to edit this event”, appears. I tried to edit the permissions, but without any success.
Does anyone got the same issues?

is this while you are logged-in or logged-out as a subscriber?

This is, because I’m logged out as an admin. Now, as an subscriber, I should have the rights to fill out the submission. But when I fill out something wrong and correct it, the “You don’t have permission to edit this event” appears.

When the new event is created who is the author?

    Cheers

    Hi Phil,

actually, when I’m logged in as subscriber, everything works good. But, when I’m totally logged out, I can fill out the form, but after that it doesn’t appear in my events-list.

    Cheers, T.

Do you have anonymous submissions enabled?

and did you assign a Guest Default User at Events > Settings > General > Event Submission Forms ?

we don’t have a feature that allows non-logged in users to edit events. that’d be why.
