Analytical Lite Gallery Function Issue

Hello

I want to add an image to one of my pages, specifically my blog page ( bass clef) When I use the child theme the analytical gallery functions did not work. I could not change background colors or images. I re-installed the theme several times, it did not resolve to the original presets.

When using the child theme I coded the the body.page code to insert a background image and it still did not work. This morning I disabled the child theme and used Jetpack editor. Now analytical is allowing me to upload a background image, however the image only appears when individuals click on the “no comment” button other then that the background is grey. When the image comes up it is stretched I have reduced the size through photoshop but analytical still stretches it out.
