@andreasemo It looks like you have a theme or plugin altering your AMP links on canonical pages. Looking at this post it refers to the following AMP link:
https://www.bbalcentrodigenova.it/news/piatti-tipici-genovesi-specialita/amp/
The correct and working AMP link should be as follows:
https://www.bbalcentrodigenova.it/news/piatti-tipici-genovesi-specialita/?amp
Are you in a position to deactivate some plugins temporarily and test? Or else send a list of plugins you are using.
Thanks James for your quick answer.

Do you know what I need to deactivate?
If you don’t know which would be the cause I’ll try to deactivate one at the time.
Thanks again
Andrea
@andreasemo Can you try and deactivate the following temporarily before checking again.
Simple 301 Redirects
WPML Multilingual CMS
WPML String Translation
WPML Translation Management
You might need to deactivate more, but check with those first. Another alternative it to setup a staging site and deactivate from there.
Thanks James, the problem is with WPML Multilingual CMS.
If I disable this plugin, AMP works but the whole website doesn’t.
Is there anything I can do?
Thanks in advance for your great support
Andrea
@andreasemo You can submit a support ticket with WPML, they should be able to assist. A quick check and I can see others logged AMP tickets, so hopefully there is a fix or workaround for AMP support.
Thanks James for your help, you’re great!
