Am i missing something?

    I was just wondering if there’s some feature that i’m not aware of, because I can’t see how so many people give 5 stars and say how this is so easy to setup.

    Without any coding here are two forms, the top one was made with what’s available by MailChimp, the one below was made using another plugin.

    To achieve the same look with ChimpMail’s i would need to spend probably 1-2 full days coding, since my CSS knowledge is somewhat basic. So I don’t get it when people say how this plugin is so easy to setup? Do most people get content with a really simple / unfinished-looking forms ? Maybe this is a tool mostly for developers? I don’t know, hopefully you’ll do.

    While I can understand your frustration, the people who liked our plugin or gave a review are not all developers. Our goal is to offer users something that they can start using quickly and while we are not perfect yet, we constantly try to improve.

    The styling customizations each user requires are different and hence we try to keep things minimal as it’s simply not possible to offer unlimited customization options.

    While CSS customization is beyond the scope of our support, if you share your website URL with us, we could take a look.
