“Almost Spring” sidebar issue …

It looks like it’s in the CSS for the theme sidebar.

#sidebar ul ul li a {
display: block;
<snip>
}

Remove the display:block; (or rather comment it out to test, first) 😉

Why does removing “display:block” correct the problem? What does “display:block” do exactly?

I have this same problem but I would like to keep the display block. Is there anyway to have the category count appear inside the display block?

I’ve given up on this. I noticed by scrolling through hundreds of themes that those with the display block do not have the # of posts in a category. I assume that it just can’t be done.
