    Hi,

Running WordFence on PHP 5.5.23/Apache shared server, all Plugins and WordPress up to date.

Running a Scan- gives error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1694371 bytes) in /home/xyz/public_html/xyz.com/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/lib/wfConfig.php on line 661

I’ve contacted Host and added php.ini file to root directory of xyz.com with Memory_limit increased to 1024M. Have also adjusted to same value in WP-config.php but issue persists.

    Thanks.

  • Hi,

You should have plenty of memory now. Have you adjusted memory_limit in your PHP.ini file and restarted your web server as well?

    Thanks,
    Brian
