All my posts disappeared randomly

    I was trying out some masonry plugins then later realized all my posts have disappeared. They do not show in admin panel or on the live site.

    I deactivated all plugins and still see nothing. Website url: http://HowtoLearnGuitar.net

    The posts are all videos and should be posted under the ‘beginner video lessons’ category. I’m seeing a ‘nothing found’ page when there should be over 300 video posts.

    I googled it and found out about resetting the tables via myphpadmin but that didn’t work either. When looking at myphpadmin, all my posts are still there in the posts table, but they do not appear under admin panel or the live site. I’ve tried my computer, and iPad, and a cell phone and still see nothing. I’ve also cleared my cache.

    I contacted my host and they seem to not know the reason. So now oh wise WordPress support forums..I need your help. What could be the issue?

    Do you have a good backup of your database? If you do restore it.

    Alternately, ask your hosting provider if they a backup of your site taken before this problem. If they do, ask them to restore it.
