align text, HR and short code on same line

    Any advice on how to align my text “NEWS” the HR bar and my weather shortcode all on the same line? I have the text and HR I just need to make my weather shortcode fit at the end of the HR to the right of it. My site is http://683.d97.myftpupload.com/
