align text, HR and short code on same line

    Any thoughts on how I can get my weather on the home page to be aligned with the NEWS and HR bar? I am trying to get the weather on the right side of the HR all on the same line. Here is the link to the temp domain I am using: http://683.d97.myftpupload.com/
