Alibi3col Theme

On the Alibi3col theme found here http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/alibi3col on the left sidebar is there a way to make the ‘categories’ menu above the ‘pages’, or remove the ‘pages’ menu altogether from the left side bar. Thank you.
