Ajax location search

Hi there,

Is it possible for me to create a search form for my site where the user can select either a rent or buy button, and then type in a search field. But as the user types in the field it will pull up and filter locations that match the search string that the user has typed in so far, so for instance:
If a user types : ‘sel’
It will match :
‘Selection Park, Gauteng’
‘Selcourt, Gauteng’
‘Selma Street, Stellenbosch, Cape Town’
The user can type until they see their result and then click on it to run the search.

It needs to match regions/provinces/states and town/cities.

I’ve looked through some of the code but am still struggling a bit,
How would I go about doing this?
