AJAX (flickr like) Inline Editor Plugin or code

I’m using Inline Editor plugin but one of the drawbacks (which the author has stated clearly in the known issue section) is that it cannot edit Post TITLES.

I am looking for something which can enable me to edit my posts and post titles the way how we edit Flickr image captions.

There are some codes out there like http://dbachrach.com/blog/2007/01/create-flickr-like-editing-fields-using-ajax-css/ which teach you how to achieve such things, however, I wonder if a similar wordpress plugin exists or, how we can implement such code (if there is no plugin) to our wordpress site.
